What Happens at a pony Party?

Once everybody has arrived the children will be gathered together for a brief safety talk on how to behave around our ponies and on the yard before the magic begins.

We will then go and meet our Ponies for  grooming, pampering, and painting, with lots of glitter, colour and fun!

We will ride hobby horses through an obstacle course in the arena followed by team games, races and jumps
At the end the children will be presented their Rosettes, cup-cakes and party bags
 
If you choose, you may  have the use of our club room and outdoor arena for a further 30 minutes.

Important information for parents
Deposits are Non Refundable
Children remain the responsibility of the parent at all times
Children must be dressed appropriately for the outdoors. NO TRAINERS (wellies or a walking boot.
Children should be made aware that handling a horse is a risk.  Ponies can be unpredictable so we ask that children listen to all instructions given when handling.

Safety hats are provided and must be worn around the ponies

We will send you a Booking Form.
When the signed Booking form and non refundable deposit of £50  are received then  the booking is confirmed.
The remaining payment of £150 is required 2 weeks before the party.
In the unfortunate event of the party having to be cancelled by us  then a full refund will be given or an alternative date will be offered
